About Us

Origins

Since the 1970’s the Mexican industrial scene, specially within the textile field, required specialized technical support for its electronic appliances on a national level.

In response to the requirements from the time and to fill that technical gap, Abaza Digital was formed at the start of the decade of the 80’s. By 1989 it was fiscally registered as an enterprise.

At the start it was composed by an electronical servicing lab equipped with professional tools.

Later it would be getting deals to represent several international companies and brands.

Our Mission

Since the early days of Abaza Digital we have set ourselves a fixed goal to offer professional technical maintenance and services by including cutting-edge equipment and responses for the development of the many industrial projects in Mexico. Such a goal has been accomplished by means of an ethical and competent approach.

Experience that back us up

We started our operations since the mid-70’s.
Our work was split up in two areas:
repair of original coffee packing machine equipment on one side, development and design of electronic cards to be used in the thermal sealing and packaging process on the other.

We also repaired electronic cards used by textile machinery and from different brands.
Over the course of the 70’s we took care of the maintenance and servicing of spinning machines from Loepfe (Switzerland). We subsequently got a deal with Sulzer (Switzerland), the maker of several shuttle loom machines to provide servicing and repair for their electronic cards across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean islands.

Entering the decade of the 80’s we get a deal with Tecnomatex (Switzerland), another company from the textile field that offered us the opportunity to provide technical support and to be their sale representatives for their products.

During that same decade we get many consolidated deals to represent leader brands and providers from the textile industry:

Keisokki (Japan), Wira and Garnett Controls (England), Streat Instruments (New Zealand) and Textechno (Germany).

We subsequently diversified our operational field towards the general industry as a whole, without limiting ourselves to a single category.

During the mid 90’s we got to an agreement to represent Klaschka (Germany), a leading firm in the safety automotive systems industry.
Towards the end of the decade we started the production of electronic cards for the replacement of obsolete models.

Throughout this time we got even more deals to represent other world-renowned brands like LGL Electronics, Elsy and Ergotron (Italy).
